Hi 👋 I’m Tim Geromini! I’m a coach, husband, and dad.
I first got into strength training and nutrition back in college — but to be honest, I struggled with it for years.
I tried every diet, every training program, and burned myself out doing too much cardio.
I was working hard, but I could never seem to lose weight AND keep it off.

My confidence was low and I kept wondering if something was wrong with me.
Eventually, I figured out how to get in the best shape of my life without burning out — and that changed everything for me.
I finally felt stronger, more confident, and like I had control over my health.
My love for fitness and health became my career.
I worked my way up the ladder, eventually becoming the Director of Performance and Nutrition at a strength and conditioning facility.
I trained everyone from pro athletes to busy parents.
It was here, after having my first child, that I realized my passion was helping people like me:
Busy parents who felt stuck, overworked, or overwhelmed — finally stop starting over and get fit for the last time.
Now, as a dad and husband, I know firsthand what it’s like to juggle family, career, and fitness.
That’s why I’m obsessed with helping ambitious working parents lose body fat, get stronger, and build confidence — without giving up the things that matter most.
Because I’ve been there.
I know how heavy it feels to stay stuck.
